Swans Down flour — 1g tsp. cream of tartar 1/2, Ge Was ot 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eges. Dissolve chocolate and soda in boiling woter and add to first mixture. Sift flour, salt and cream of tartar and add alternately with milk. Add vanilla. . ~ Beke in 350 deg. oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
