28 Marr’s SALAD DreEssInNc REcIPE Book CHICKEN SALAD 1 cup diced cooked chicken % cup diced celery 2 or 3 green peppers Salt and pepper to taste 2 hard boiled eggs Paprika Crisp head lettuce 2 tablespoons Marr’s Wonder Whip Salad Dressing Cut slices from top of peppers, carefully remove seeds and white pithy part. Dice the chicken finely, add celery, salt and pepper, blend all together with Marr’s Salad ecg Fill cavities in the green peppers with the mixture, packing firmly. Chill thoroughly. Cut into slices with sharp knife. Arrange slices on individual salad plates on bed of crisp lettuce leaves. ASPIC VEGETABLE SALAD 4 cup minute tapicoa 4 cup canned tomato soup 114 teaspoons salt \4 cup diced carrots 1 tablespoon chopped onion 4% cup canned peas, drained 134 cups hot water 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper lg cup vinegar 4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons chopped parsley METHOD Cook minute tapioca, salt and chopped onion in hot water in double boiler 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Cool slightly, stir in other ingredients in order. Turn into six wet molds. Chill | thoroughly. Remove from molds and serve on lettuce leaves with lots of Marr’s Salad Dressing.
