PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3/4 c. drained, crushed pinch pepper pineapple dash cloves 3c. ground, cooked ham 1 egg, beaten lc. dry bread crumbs lc. milk Sprinkle brown sugar over the bottom of greased loaf pan; cover with crushed pineapple. Combine remaining ingredients and pack into pan. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 40 minutes. To serve, turn upside-down on serving platter.
