BRANDY BASKETS 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup molasses 2 tsp. ginger 2/3 cup sugar 2/3 cup pastry flour Heat butter and molasses, but don’t let boil. Take off heat and add sugar, stir till dissolved. Add ginger. Add flour slowly. Beat with spoon. Drop one tsp. of mixture from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet 3 to 4 inches apart. Only do 3o0r4 ina line. Bake at 300° 10-12 minutes. Watch closely. Cool on sheet for 1 min. Drape over bottom of small pyrex dish till shaped. Wrap in tissue paper for storage.
