BEEF CASSEROLE ( Chinese Style) 1 1b ground beef lk tsp salt. 1 pkg. frozen peas (thawed) % tsp pepper 2 cups finely sliced raw celery 1 small onion finely chopped 1 can mushroom soup 1 cup crushed potato chips 2 tbsp. table cream Method: Cook ground beef in a frying pan until brown. Turn into a 15 qt. casserole. Arrange thawed peas over browned meat, cover with sliced cel@ry. Mix together mushroom soup, cream, salt, pepper & onion. Pour over celery. Sprinkle potato chips over top and bake in Moderately hot oven (375) for 30 mins. or until hot & bubbly. Serves 6 ANON PINWHEEL MEAT LOAF 2 pounds ground beef 1/7 pepper 1 egg 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1 small onion, chopped 4 slices bacon 1 tsp salt Mix meat with egg, onion and seasonings, pat into a rectangle, 16 x 10 on wax paper or foil. Spread filling evenly over meat to within 1" of edges roll up jelly-roll fashion, using wax paper as a guide. Place, seam down in a greased shallow baking pan, top with bacon.
