DESSERTS GRAHAM WAFER DESSERT 1 tall can evaporated milk 1/4 c. butter 1 pkg. jelly powder 3/4 c. boiling water 22 single graham wafers, juice of 1 lemon rolled juice of 1 orange 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 can crushed pineapple Put milk in refrigerator in a bowl until ice crystals form. Mix wafers, brown sugar and butter together. Pat 3/4 of this in pan. Mix together the jelly powder, boiling water, lemon and orange juices; allow to cool and thicken slightly. Whip chilled milk until it forms peaks. Beat in white sugar and jelly mixture, Spread over crumbs and sprinkle some pineapple and chopped marshmallow in then add remaining crumbs, Chill. Mrs. R. Crutchley HALF HOUR PUDDING _ Mix together: 1/3 c. brown sugar salt (pinch) Ic. flour lc. raisins 2 tsp. baking powder 3 1/2 c. milk Place in baking dish and pour over: 3c. boiling water 3 Tbsp. butter 2c. brown sugar Sprinkle with nutmeg. Schram LEMON PUDDING lc, sugar 1 Tbsp. butter Cream together. 2 Tbsp. flour rind and juice of | lemon 2 egg yolks 1 c, Palm sweet milk Add egg whites, beaten stiff.
